Can Cocotero

Can Cocotero is a six-bedroom private residence by Jordi Carreño, set within Sabina Ibiza. The design draws on Ibiza’s traditional stone architecture while introducing a distinctly contemporary approach, with volumes that appear to hover above the garden. Tara Bernerd & Partners created the interiors around generous open-plan spaces, natural materials and a warm, understated palette that complements the architecture.

Set on Ibiza’s west coast, around 500 metres from the sea, the house is shaped by the island’s light and Mediterranean setting. Stone and timber feature throughout, while expansive glazing opens the interiors to the garden and extends views towards the sea.

Ibiza lever handles and pull handles by Groël were specified throughout the residence in graphite Powercoat (PVD), PWGT. The collection’s signature texture and deep metallic tone complement the stone, timber and neutral palette used throughout the interiors.
