Mareterra

Mareterra is a new waterfront district that has added six hectares to Monaco’s coastline. Developed by SAM L’Anse du Portier, it brings together architecture by Valode & Pistre Architectes and Renzo Piano Building Workshop, with landscape design by Michel Desvigne Paysagiste.

The development introduces a mix of residences and villas alongside public spaces, gardens and a new marina, creating a new connection between the city and the Mediterranean. Native planting is woven throughout the landscape, while a range of environmental measures were incorporated into the project to limit its impact on the surrounding marine and coastal environment.

The Groël Ipnos lever handle was specified in polished chrome (CR), together with sliding door kits in satin chrome (CS). Their clean, minimal design sits naturally within the contemporary interiors of the residences.
